Administrative Assistant/ Customer Service Representative

Position Summary: Suite Home is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative. This individual will help with overall general customer service through phone and email. They will assist our teams in maintain client and vendor relationships, and assist with client requests. Guest Service Coordinator

Position Summary: A Suite Home Account Coordinator is responsible for overseeing a reservation once the booking is made by an Outside or Inside Sales Representative. Responsibilities include sending out & receiving back leases & lease addendums, sending reservation confirmations, following up with the clients to make sure they understand the move-
in/corporate housing process, confirming departures, and follow up with customers upon departure. Building strong client relationships and communicating with your team is essential to this job position. This representative will also be responsible for providing support to the both the Sales & Operations teams.

Account Manager

Position Summary: Suite Home is looking for an experienced Account Manager to assist in the leasing of our apartments, completing all stages of the sales cycle including paperwork, and assisting clients as needed. This candidate must work to building and maintain positive relationships with Suite Home clientele, and keep the company front and center in their minds for upcoming needs. Strong communication & guest service skills a must!

Marketing & Communications Manager

Position Summary: Suite Home is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager, who will develop and oversee all marketing and outbound communications as we promote the Suite Home brand. This candidate will oversee the entire marketing function of the company, including planning and executing the promotion of our brand, overseeing our technology and online presence and assisting the sales team in client events.

Field Operations Supervisor

Position Summary: To oversee the Field Operations of the Suite Home apartment inventory in the Chicago Suburbs and Milwaukee region (as needed). This includes but is not limited to ensuring the cleanliness, functionality, and appearance of all Suite Home apartments through inspections, equipment testing, and proper placement of all furnishings and household goods by our vendors, but also being available for guest check-in and guest tours.
